For the last six decades, Pacific Coast Bach Label (PCB) has been committed to producing the finest zipper pulls. We’ve been helping customers, both big and small, produce high quality pulls that reflect the quality they have established for their brands. Not only do we use the most advanced weaving equipment, but we also have outstanding quality control in place to provide you with the highest quality possible.

We can weave up to eight colors into a single zipper pull. We are able to provide literally thousands of different colors yarns to provide the closest color match possible.

At PCB, we can make virtually any size pull you need. Widths can range from 1/2” to 3/4” (12 mm to 20 mm) and lengths can range from 2” (50 mm) to any length.

Our high-speed, air-jet looms, broadlooms, needle looms, and conventional shuttle looms are designed to produce Taffeta, Satin, and Damask tubular constructions. These zipper pulls are heat-sealed and we can provide the following finishing capabilities: hot cutting, die slot cutting and fiber puff filling for a pillow effect.

We are able to set up and turnaround orders quickly. Once your artwork is completed, we can provide a production run sample within 7-10 days. Our large weaving capacity is able to complete your job in approximately 2-3 weeks. We usually can produce smaller orders a little quicker and may require some extra time for very large orders. In every case, our advanced quality control systems mean that you will receive high quality labels quickly and accurately.

We’ve been helping customers, both big and small, to produce high quality jacquards to enhance the look and quality of their products. Not only do we use the most advanced weaving equipment, but our advanced quality control system ensure you receive the finest quality product every time.

At PCB, we can make virtually any size jacquard you need. Widths can range from 3/8” to 8” (10 mm to 200 mm) and lengths can range from 3/8” (10 mm) to any length.

Our high-speed, air-jet looms, broadlooms, needle looms, and conventional shuttle looms are designed to produce Taffeta, Satin, and Damask jacquards. These jacquards can be either woven or slit edge and come in rolls.

Ordering & Delivery Information

A 50% Deposit or Payment in Full for orders under $500 is required on all orders unless an approved credit application is on file. All orders ship FOB from PCB Label Co., Inc. and will be complete in approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of signed order copy. All orders are subject to the industry standard of a 10% +/- yield and billing will vary by this amount. PCB Label Co., Inc. does not charge for waste. PCB Label Co., Inc. is not responsible for any damage to our labels that occurs during dying, laundering, stonewashing, acidwashing or any other process that involves chemical and detergents.
